By using this website you agree to these terms. The content is provided for general information about the services offered by Santosh Coder.

Services and quotations

Project scope, timelines, deliverables and pricing are agreed in writing (quotation, proposal or email) before work begins. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract.

Payments

Payment terms, including any advance amount and milestones, are stated in the project quotation. Work may be paused if agreed payments are delayed.

Client content

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the text, images, logos and other material they provide, and confirm that they have the right to use it.

Ownership

After full payment, clients receive the agreed final deliverables. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless a client asks us in writing not to. Third-party assets such as fonts, plugins and stock images remain under their own licences.

Support and maintenance

Post-launch support and maintenance are provided as described in the project quotation or a separate maintenance plan.

Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party services such as hosting, payment gateways or social media platforms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
